I really like doorman parts, especially when they have an updated version of a factory part that has a high failure rate, like their aluminum coolant elbows to replace the plastic ones on GM 3.8’s, and the metal, oil cooler for pos Chrysler pentastar’s. Even their chevy wiper motor boards that refuse to park when the pcb mounted contacts wear out. However, although their mechanical parts, and simple electrical stuff is great, there’s not a snowballs chance in hell, I would put 1 of their fuel pumps in anything I drive, or for a job I’m selling with a warranty. I know your ek is an easy one, that doesn’t require much disassembly. But when it means choosing between pulling the bed off a drw Chevy 3500, or dropping a 200lb.30 some gallon tank, that s#!t’s coming from the dealer
