Whom Sells a 6" lifted strut for a 07 Ram 1500 4×4 with 6" suspension lift going on Soon. Thanks.
Which lift kit would you recommend for a 2002 jeep wrangler sport
How about a Tough Country lift kit?
Are there any lifts where I don’t have to cut any part of the truck out like I’ve been seeing on videos?? I’ve got an 06 Sierra 1500
EZ…. BDS 1st and if you can’t afford the BDS buy the Zone lift
I have a 1995 Ford 150 I just want one to daily drive I don’t do anything off-roading just want a kit for looks. Will rough countries brake on me I’m fine with spending a little more I don’t want to drop unnecessary cash for a over engineered for off road
What about for an OBS Ford
I have a 2016 Ram 1500 rwd is a 6-inch lift too much. I’m putting a thunderstruck full replacement front bumper on it along with a rear bumper.
I have had the 6 inch Pro Comp, Rough Country, and BDS on Ford F150,Ram 2500, Ram 1500 respectively. The BDS is hands down the best out of those in my personal opinion. I also had a Bilstein lift on my Ram Power Wagon and it was pretty good but I am not counting that.
what size rims and tires are on that silverado at 4:10 with the ZONE kit ? thank you
I was going to get a BDS. I thought they were top notch brand for lifts, but I changed my mind with bad customer service experience. Put a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointed
I would just do a rough country a lift is a lift it doesn’t matter what it is. It’s like comparing truck’s everyone has a different taste in truck’s. Some like Ford,Chevy,Dodge exc…
You should have did the best lift kit based on daily drivers then the weekend warrior and so forth. then new people would have an general idea on where to start
I was going to buy a Bds 6 in lift kit..after talking to a local Custom shop..they was telling me rough Country was the way to go ..the extra money u spend on bds is not worth it..there about the same..so I’m Confuse
I know I’m late but Can we get more info on the lead installers Silverado set up (Banker) I think his name was. Love the look at 1:40 Thanks!
I love Zone 6 inch got mine powder coated lime green 😁
I had a 6" rough country lift on my 4th Gen ram, although I never had any mechanical issues with the kit in the 6 years I ran it after about the first year and a half the entire kit was completely rusted out and looked like COMPLETE shit on my nice ass clean truck.. After about 4 years the rust was so bad on the crossmember there was literally little chunks of metal that would just fall off in my driveway under the truck lol… The shocks were completely covered In rust to the point you couldn’t even see the rough country name on them anymore…. Again, the kit lasted and held up the 6 years drove the truck and the stance was amazing, I got compliments on my truck all the time, but the shatty quality of the finish on the RC lift components is what will keep me from ever going with RC again! This time around on my new 5th Gen I will 10000% be spending the extra money on the BDS kit… Noway I’m saving a few bucks to drive a nice new truck around with terribly rusted out components exposed to ruin the look of the truck!
My husband’s got the 6” RC lift on his 2018 F-150 and I just bought the 6” BDS lift for my 2020 F-150 from your website. The ride quality’s not bad at all for the RC lift. Can’t wait to feel the difference between RC and BDS, though.
I’m gonna be putting in a zone lift in my truck as soon as I can get rid of the garbage body lift that’s in it now. Can’t find anybody that has the body mount bolts. Dealership wants 1800 bucks.
I think it depends mostly with you’re shocks and spring rate , and then running more rim and less tire like 22s with low pro tires.
What 6 inch lift can go on a 2005 Ford Expedition 4wd
pro comp baby
Fab tech hands down best you can get with decent prices
I’m looking at the Zone 4 inch and Zone 6 inch. They’re the same price. Sell me on which one I should go with?
Thank You for the information..!!
I was orcharged to have my lit kit taken out and now my truck doesnt run right
I’m getting the 6” super lift with the bilstein shocks
I got a RC 3.5 installed on my 3rd gen Dodge and I love it. I have had no problems whatsoever. Plan to upgrade with shocks and loaded struts. About to install a 5 inch RC on my 2007 GMC Sierra next.
Big Dick Suspension all day !!! Lifetime warranty, enough said….
I bought a 6 inch Zone kit from u guys 4 years ago and still daily drive it and loving every minute of it
What about fabtech on pro comp is pro comp still around
What about Cognito??
I local shop nearby was trying to sell me a Superlift kit with King shocks because the BDS lifts are on back order. Are these lifts any good? I’ve only heard of these on older trucks not 2019 F350s but I did read that they are making them for newer trucks now. Are they a copy cat of another brand?
Great video.
I think bds is the holy grail
Word
Bds lift kits
BDS
6 inch lift from rough country is good. It just needs to come with new front wheel hubs and bearings because youll have to most of the time get new ones for the new knuckles that come with kit unless you have new non corroded hub and bearings. I recommend ordering some new ones because if you hub and bearings are corroded you will not be able to reuse an old hub. I think rough country should offer an option for new hub and bearings like they do with the different struts and shocks.
I have the 3 1/2 rought country lift on my silverado right now on 33’s. Did the upgraded upper control arms and front diff drop as well as the new struts. Debating on upgrading to a 6 1/2.
I think I’m completely turned off of the Rough Country lift. I tow with my truck, and I don’t like the idea of "Blocks" lifting the back end. That will cause huge instability issues. BDS costs more, but looks like a much improved kit. Thanks for sharing.
Thinking about putting a 6 inch lift on my 2019 Chevy Silverado, this video and the comments has me thinking about bds now, thanks guys!
What about Fabtech and Readylift?
I got 1994 GMC3500 6.5 desil I want to put 6 inch lift on it
I have a ready lift 2.25” leveling kit with the upgraded upper control arms and it seems to ride nice and I’ve had zero problems. What’s your opinion of ready lift?
I’ll stick to clayton or metal tech
I want a 6" lift. My truck is my daily driver. Not looking to go mudding or rock climbing. simply want a good bit more performance off the beaten path should I find my self there!
Does BDS and Zone have a shortage of parts right now or did everyone use their stimulus money to buy lift kit for their trucks? Can’t find anything for my chevy 2020 trail boss.
Rough Country is rough and I’ll never do another one! Not only was it rough riding but the paint rusted off the parts within a few months! Junk!
