  1. 5:12 I learned something new about why some used tires develop tread inconveniences leading to tire wave or an out of round tire.

  2. You are just amazing delivering the mechanism in a precise and easy manner!! Your tips helped a lot! Thank you

  3. Never ever have I seen a more detailed analysis and teaching about car parts. Madam, you are talented, keep it up, I love you ma!!!

  4. Exellent presentation. I am down in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico preparing my retirement home and brought down my old 2014 MKT, Livery grade. It needs Struts taht are electroniclly adjustable. The price downhere is $15k pesos which is $850 US currently is an absolute rippoff. I replaced them with a non-electronic strut for $60 US but I am looking to rebuild the old strut. Your presentation was awesome. I will search your channel for content related to my project. You have a new fan. Once I get downhere for my retirement , I may just build a Suspension shot to rebuild these electronic puppies just to beat these thiefs selling a rebuildable item for 10x the price.

  5. Blessings in an abundance of the faith. I salute you. 😘🙏Grace and peace be unto you and to this place. God bless you. 🤍Thank you. Will you believe and receive Jesus Christ as your lord and personal saviour??? I do. 🤍

Now I got a better understanding, thanks for showing under the vehicle. ❤️😮‍💨

  9. I’m glad I watched your video. I’m getting ready to replace my two front strut assemblies on my SUV. I did not know about the bearing in the in the top and replacing the link bar. I’m going to buy Monroe Quick struts. They are the best. 😇

  10. To be completely honest, I (a grown-ass man) came here because I didn’t even know what a shock or strut are. Now i know what they are and basically how to change them myself! Thanks for this valuable service.

  11. I replaced the struts on my Odyssey.
One side started making a squeaky noise when turning that sound like rubber squeak.
I’ve tried to lubricate it. But it’s this normal or is there a problem with the top bearing it other part?

  12. There’s always a beautiful thing to see a sexy woman who knows how to fix a car. I enjoy watching your videos. Thank you

  13. You are amazing I watch you and because I watch you it’s hard for an auto repair shop to get my money thank you you’re a diva in my book😊

  14. Love how detailed you are. To the material (nylon casing for the bearing) to commenting on torque specs. You’re badass. Thank you for this.

  15. "Could take 200 miles depending on the road you live on"

If you live in the North East – 20 miles or less most likely. A few good potholes and your good to go!

  16. You are a amazing teacher and speaker 👍🏽 Wish you were at the Automotive school. I’m going to attend in two months.

  17. Dont pre compress your shocks too far before you install. I did that like this video said and my new shocks started leaking. Needed to replace it

  18. Great video! Came across this after having to replace the shocks and struts in my car and wondering what the difference is. Sue explained things clearly and understandably, and showing how the parts are actually on the car was so helpful!
Highly recommend, have already liked and subscribed, and am looking forward to watching more videos with her.

  19. Looked like she was getting excited at the sight of that BBS (big black shock). 😆😂🤣 [ 2:10 ]

  20. watched 5 other videos before I found this one and was still very confused. 1A Auto, especially with this lady, are always so well thought out and PERFECT for learning! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  21. I got shock (pun) -ed too when I learnt that the strut rotates as the steer turns. I still couldn’t believe macpherson doesn’t wobble that much anyway.

  22. Replaced my Monroe to Tein coilovers after 150k… huge difference in steering response 🙌🏻🙌🏻👌
