  3. And this is why you slow down for rough pavement or things like railroad tracks. Because those things wreck havoc on these components. Next thing you know you will be told you need things like balljoints or tierod ends etc. Driving fast over potholes or rough railroad tracks even if you do not feel it in your car will cause these parts to fail. It will then require replacement of these parts or they will break and cost you your life. If you live in the rust belt these parts when replacement is need are rusted in place making them difficult to replace and the shops know this so they charge accordingly.

  5. Useful and informative video but the Artificial Stupidity aspect of its production was painful.

  6. At the risk of exposing myself as a complete… What is that horizontal rod that was not mentioned, but what was the rod shown in three photos comes from the nearest center of the wheel, and has a rubber boot at the wheel?
