  1. You guys can read minds. I have been waiting on a video like this so that I know how to lift my truck.

  2. Mines lifted but every time I come around a corner the traction control comes on and slows me down big time. Do I need to reprogram something?

  3. What is that part called at 5:33 that he’s installing, I can’t figure it out anywhere but I need one badly

  4. I would only use a suspension lift I would never use metal blocks to lift my truck ever never never never

  5. your video is the best it explains what you guys do very nice i wish you guys wasn’t so so far out from where i live

  6. This is useful information, I really hope a company can make a lift kit for an suv, I want to lift my 2nd gen explorer 2wd but I haven’t found 4inch spindle for my “truck” since they don’t make 4wd spindles, so far I’ve found just factory size which I don’t want.

  7. reason #1 for why I would never buy one of these trucks. All that work just for a spacer. sheesh. and to pay someone it’s probably so damn expensive.

  8. I have a question so I bought a truck with a 2/6 or 7 drop, 2" drop spindles and a flip kit -6-7 not sure about it. I bought new struts for my front and it raised it at least 3 inches now its squatting, how can I raise my rear end now to level it out? Do I need o reverse the flip kit or get rid of it, Is there another way to lift the azz without taking it all apart and putting the leafs back on top? Thanks
Sorry If Im confusing Im new to the flip kit stuff

  9. Go more in depth on cutting the frame lol, some kids might get cut happy and just start sawin whatever they think they don’t need

  10. Aren’t you supposed to tighten up those rear ubolt nuts up somewhat at the same time? Like snug on all before wrenching on it? Or am I just hearing things

  11. How do the leaf springs hold up to those giant lift blocks? I have heard that if it is bigger than 1" you will run into spring wrap.

  12. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Only one thing if you have the money change out the ball joints, A-arms wheel bearings and shocks. Stock parts will fail sooner or later.
If you don’t have the money you can do it later one at a time, make all the suspension mods you’re able to afford at the time you install the lift kit. Saves you a lot of time and effort from taking I apart again, work smarter not harder whenever possible.

  13. Great video well put together of what all goes into installing a lift kit the right way. You guys make it easy. Thanks for taking the time making this very helpful video. Saved

  14. This is by far your best performance since you started doing them. Keep this style going and I can dig it

  15. You forgot to say to get it professionally aligned afterward. After messing with steering and suspension, its best to just take it to a laser alignment shop and have them dial it in perfect so that it steers straight enough you can let go of the wheel.

  16. Do you guys torque the lift kit bolts or just snug them good? I just installed a 4 inch rough country lift and I didn’t torque anything. Worried that might come back to bite me later. Should I worry?

  17. I have a 11 suburban ltz I have plenty of weight on the back I want to lift the back up maybe 3-4 inches what can I put on it to get it lifted I have air shocks I took the factory air ride off but the air shocks tend to leak or if you hit a bump too hard they deflate

  18. I am looking to lift a 2024 F150 2Dr 6.5’ bed.

It seems to me that cutting the frame and bolting in diff drop brackets is not as strong as factory; also, no real performance increase, just taller.

Can I get a set of 2.5” coil overs to level the front, add new upper control arms and matching rear shocks, run a 33×12.5 on a 10” wide wheel and call it a day?

  19. Rear end on mine was done in 30 minutes with some bullshitting and beers front end would’ve been like 8-10 hours if I didn’t order the wrong knuckles so it took me a week waiting on parts

  20. If someone wanted to remove the front lift… is it able to be returned to factory spec or not because cutting was involved? TIA

  21. Can I just buy a lift kit and take my truck to a shop and have them install it?😂 real question tho
